I know this work from the inside.
For thirty years, I worked in financial, entertainment and non-profit, including at TD Bank, Royal Bank, NBCUniversal and The Royal Conservatory in Toronto. On paper, I was the one who had it together. Stellar reviews. Promotions. The President of Universal UK offered me a job so did Warner Brothers and the NBA. Every job I left, I was asked to come back.
Inside, I felt fragmented. I overachieved to keep my anxiety in check. I did my best work from the shadows, and I always kept one foot out the door. I didn’t know I had an inner critic. I only knew I felt like an impostor, no matter what I accomplished.
At 40, my body made me pause. What felt like a breakdown became a turning point. I stopped measuring myself by what I achieved and started building from who I am.
That’s why I do this work. Today I help high achievers, including talented professionals in film and fashion, find the space between who they really are and what the inner critic tells them. If you’re tired of performing a confidence you don’t feel, you’re not broken. And you don’t have to figure it out alone.

One On One Coaching for high achievers ready to make real change. Think we might be a fit? I'm not beholden to a particular approach to coaching. You are the agenda, not me. I only work with people who are ready to actually change, not just talk about it. I treat our time together as sacred, and I ask my clients to do the same. I never judge, and what you tell me stays between us, always. I'm not cheap, and I'm not meant to be. Coaching starts at $5,000 CAD for a 3-month engagement.

For businesses and nonprofits investing in a leader's growth. I don't bring a canned leadership framework. I work with the actual dynamics of your team and your organization. I only take on engagements where leadership is genuinely invested in the outcome, not just checking a box. Every engagement gets the same discretion and priority, whether it's a CEO or their newest VP. What's said in coaching stays in coaching. Your organization gets a stronger leader, not a transcript of our sessions. This isn't a quick fix, and it isn't meant to be. Organizational coaching starts at $15,000 CAD for a 6-month engagement.
HOW I WORK
Every client is different, so I don’t bring a one-size-fits-all program. You set the agenda, not me. We start with a free 30-minute discovery call to see if we’re the right fit. From there, we work together to quiet the inner critic and build the kind of confidence that holds up when no one’s watching.
I work one-on-one with high achievers who are ready for real change, and with organizations investing in a leader’s growth. Either way, what you share with me stays between us.
